The DIUC-module board S30810-Q2185-X (Digital Interface Channel Associated Signal) connects PCM30-lines or ananlogue trunk-systems and PABX's via a character-converter, as well as PCM30-devices and PCM30-lines to the Hicom 300 and HiPath 4000 systems.

- Range increase to up to 2 KM due to the build-in repeaters
